Monro, Inc. is a leading independently-owned and operated auto service and tire provider in the United States. The CRM campaigns focus on customer personalization, as well as customer-targeted advertising and offers based on vehicle maintenance schedules.
I collaborated with the operations team and copywriter to determine theme, content, rebates and offers. I was in charge of design, layout and image selection/creation, as well as set up for print production. I directed the CRM vendor on the template versioning needed for 9+ brands.
